A little simpler.

A simple schedule app for iPhone. Classes, meetings, routines, reminders and the days that matter, all in one calm week. And when the busywork piles up, hand it to Ask AI.

01 · Your week

A place for every plan.

Jamie studies psychology. Lectures, problem sets, the gym, dinner with a friend on Friday: each gets its own color, so the week reads at a glance. Free, no sign-up.

  1. Add a class once. It comes back every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or every Tuesday and Thursday.
  2. Turn the iPhone upright: three days, side by side.
  3. A reminder can go with an event: this one rings 15 minutes before the project group.
  4. Tap the date, and the day becomes a simple list.

02 · Ask AI

One conversation.
Everything in place.

Maya runs a small startup, and her week is already packed. She tells Ask AI what’s coming up, the way she’d tell a friend. Nothing goes into her schedule until she says so.

  1. Meet Maya. She runs a startup, and Thursday is already packed.
  2. She taps +, then Ask AI.
  3. She says it the way she’d tell a friend.
  4. Ask AI checks her week: Wednesday evening is free.
  5. Until she taps Add, nothing goes into her schedule.
  6. The pitch, its reminder and the rehearsal, all in place.

03 · Keep talking

Plans change.
Keep talking.

Then the investors move the pitch. Maya just says so. Ask AI looks at what’s already there, finds ways to make room and lines up every change for her to approve.

  1. Then the investors move the pitch to Thursday morning.
  2. She tells Ask AI what changed.
  3. Ask AI finds two ways to make room.
  4. She picks one. Ask AI lines up both moves.
  5. She looks over each change before anything is saved.
  6. Thursday, rearranged.

04 · Bring a file

However your plans arrive.

Elena is a professor. The department sends the term’s seminars as a PDF. Ask AI reads every date, speaker and room; one look from her, and the whole term is in.

  1. Meet Elena, a professor. Lectures, office hours and her lab fill the week.
  2. The department sends the seminar schedule as a PDF. She hands it to Ask AI.
  3. She asks Ask AI to add the seminars.
  4. Twelve seminars, with dates, speakers and rooms, read in one go.
  5. One look, one tap: all twelve added.
  6. Every Friday this term, each seminar in its place.

05 · Days Matter

Some dates deserve more.

Leo builds apps on his own. Days Matter counts down to the dates he cares about, shows them right in his schedule and turns them into images worth sharing. Photo backgrounds come with Pro.

  1. Meet Leo, an indie developer. His app launches Friday.
  2. Tap the Day: a countdown, on a photo of his own.
  3. Open it in Days, then share it.
  4. A story-sized image, ready to post.

Four weeks

Every kind of week.

Classes, meetings, a term of seminars, a launch. Four very different weeks, one calm schedule. Free to start, no sign-up.

A few things worth knowing

Your plans.
Your choice.

What is GoodSchedules?

A schedule app for iPhone. Events, repeating routines, reminders and the dates that matter sit on one clear timeline, for work, study and everything in between. Ask AI can find, create and change plans for you, and nothing is saved until you approve it.

Can I use it for free?

Yes. Events, repeating schedules, reminders, Days Matter and notifications are free, and you don’t need an account. On the free plan your schedule stays on your iPhone; signing in doesn’t upload it.

What does Pro add?

Ask AI, automatic cloud backup and sync, and personal touches such as theme colors and photo backgrounds for Days Matter. Pricing will be announced at launch.

Will Ask AI change my schedule on its own?

No. Ask AI reads your schedule to answer questions and prepares changes for you to look over. Nothing is added, changed or deleted until you confirm.

Do I need an account?

No. You can plan without signing up. You only need an account for Pro features such as Ask AI and cloud sync.

Can I download it now?

Not yet. GoodSchedules is in development and will launch on iPhone first, in English.
